After a successful 7-year career in recruitment and a year as a director of a niche recruiter, I took a 6-week vacation and upon returning, I decided to start my own luxury facilities management recruitment company, Maxwell Stephens.
My goal was to provide outstanding customer service and stay ahead of other recruiters by keeping an eye on future trends and doing things differently. I believe that a company’s success is largely dependent on the people that work there, and so I have assembled a small team of top-notch individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to be successful.
I have many fond memories of working at Maxwell Stephens, but three events stand out: the 10-year anniversary celebration at the Shard, the second company client event at the Business Growth Fund, and an annual staff outing to the races.
