I am co-director of Maxwell Stephens and have been lucky enough to have been part of the business since our inception back in 2006. My experience within the financial sector spans my entire professional life and has allowed me to make a real impact on Maxwell Stephens as Finance Director. Since setting up over 16 years ago I am so proud to have seen Maxwell Stephens Recruitment go from strength to strength and be in the position that we are today.
As Finance Director at Maxwell Stephens, I work closely with the other board members and key stakeholders to help the business improve profitability and working capital in order to shape the business for future growth.
My financial responsibilities include motivating and managing the existing finance department through month end, year end and the annual budget processes; being the primary point of contact for all financial matters; liaising with auditors, insurance and banking contacts; and managing all reporting and treasury matters, particularly payroll and year end. I pride myself on being a proactive and a hands on Finance Director who is prepared to roll her sleeves up!
