Your Key Responsibilities:
• Workplace Analytics & Reporting: Establish efficient data collection processes, produce insightful reports, and provide ongoing workplace strategy refinements through analytics.
• Program Coordination: Drive streamlined operations, track program progress, and enhance cross-functional collaboration for an international portfolio.
• Technology Integration: Leverage AI and automation to optimise processes, visualizing workflows and enhancing workplace initiatives.
• Financial Tracking & Analysis: Provide cost analyses and optimise workplace program budgets.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance work environments, streamline processes, and foster teamwork.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
• Proficiency in reporting, numerical analysis, and process planning.
• Project management experience and a keen interest in technology and innovation.
