What You'll Do:

• Lead Excellence: Manage all aspects of the property, ensuring high standards of presentation, maintenance, and service delivery.

• Client & Occupier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

• Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with the Estate Team to align with our RISE strategy, ESG requirements, and smart building technology.

• Financial Management: Oversee the annual service charge budget, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timetables.

• Health & Safety Leadership: Act as the Responsible Person, ensuring a safe environment and compliance with all regulations.

• Innovate & Improve: Analyse existing systems and contracts, driving improvements and ensuring best value for clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multi-let commercial properties.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and strategic vision.

• Expertise in managing budgets, service partners, and staff development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety legislation and property management best practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and communication skills.
