Are you an experienced Technical Services Manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, global environment? Our Client are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee Hard FM services and estate projects, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and service excellence. This role is a 27 month contract.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of UK Operations, you will play a key role in managing the technical transition and integration of services across a prestigious corporate estate. From overseeing planned shutdowns to implementing cutting-edge technology, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Transition Management: Develop and execute detailed transition plans, ensuring minimal disruption.

·        Technical Services Oversight: Manage Hard FM operations, including M&E services, HVAC, and BMS integration.

·        Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with landlords, internal teams, and service providers to ensure smooth transitions.

·        Technology & Performance: Implement performance monitoring tools, KPIs, and energy efficiency initiatives.

·        Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational challenges.

What Our Client is Looking For:

·        5+ years’ experience in facilities management for a global organisation.

·        Proven ability to manage technical service transitions, particularly in tenancy roles.

·        Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

·        A problem-solving mindset, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach.
