
Join a dynamic Property team as the Small Works Manager, overseeing the seamless execution of small build projects across our clients diverse portfolio. You will be integral in delivering high-quality outcomes while managing costs effectively. This role supports various internal teams through the design, execution, and completion phases of small projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of small works projects, ensuring adherence to our client’s build process.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, facilitating smooth tenant move-ins, expansions, reductions, and move-outs.
- Manage reconfigurations and ad hoc Capex projects, such as kitchen and toilet refurbishments.
- Collaborate closely with FM, Operations, and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with landlords and external consultants to meet regulatory and ergonomic standards.
- Oversee contractor management, tendering processes, and H&S practices during project delivery.
- Support company ESG targets and policies as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven track record in fast-paced, multi-site operational environments, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels.
- Experience in supplier contract management and cost control.
- Project management expertise with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Basic Health & Safety Training (IOSH/NEBOSH).
- Previous experience with License to Alter (LTA) processes.
- Background in project management.
