Are you ready to take on a pivotal role where you can make a real impact on service delivery, quality, and project management? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive professional to join our clients team as a Service Delivery, Quality and Projects Manager.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of subcontractors, projects, and quality systems. You will have the opportunity to lead from the front, travel across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe, and be involved in a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sub-Contractor Management: Sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and conducting regular reviews with subcontractors to maintain quality standards across sites and within office administration.

• Project & Contract Mobilisation: Overseeing initial client enquiries, site surveys with subcontractors, working alongside the estimator to deliver timely estimates, and managing the mobilisation of projects.

• Quality Systems (ISO 9001 and 14001): Assisting in the maintenance and management of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems and taking responsibility for these systems following training.

• Health & Safety: Managing internal health and safety protocols alongside our consultant to ensure compliance.

• Client Meetings: Supporting our Business Development Director (BDD) in service review meetings when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and delivering high-quality service.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project mobilisation.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 and 14001) is desirable.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe.
