Are you ready to take your career in Corporate Real Estate(CRE) to the next level? This newly created role of Senior Property Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape operational real estate activities within a dynamic and innovative organisation.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising a diverse property portfolio, while driving sustainability initiatives and aligning property strategies with business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Property & Workplace Services, you will be part of a multi-functional team, encompassing Facilities Management ,Project Management, Physical Security, Property Strategy, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Lead property lease acquisitions across the UK, managing agency and legal partners, securing landlord consents, wayleaves, and additional property requirements.
  • Asset Management: Develop and implement asset strategies, including decarbonisation and long-term location planning. Provide specialist property support as needed.
  • Estate Management: Oversee property databases, manage lease events (expiries, rent reviews, etc.), and drive best-in-class estate management processes.
  • Sustainable Asset Management: Champion sustainable practices at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, working closely with internal teams and external sustainability partners.
  • Collaborate with teams across Facilities Management, Projects and Fit-outs, and Physical Security to deliver seamless property solutions.
  • Act as a Corporate Real Estate SME, providing expertise on leasehold obligations, market trends, and property availability.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Chartered Surveyor with 5+ years of Corporate Real Estate experience, either in-house or as a supplier.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property legislation, lease negotiations, rent reviews, and rating management.
  • A keen interest in sustainability and embedding sustainable practices within property portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with a commercial mindset and a talent for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
