About the Role
This is a pivotal position in managing operations, enhancing client experiences, and driving the success of a portfolio of properties in UK and Europe. Reporting locally to senior leadership in London and collaborating with global teams, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of property management, client relations, and asset services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead property management and facility teams, fostering a hospitality-focused client experience.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and capital projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage maintenance plans, inspections, and vendor relationships with a focus on sustainability and operational excellence.
- Support client improvement projects, including tenant fit-outs and major system upgrades.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering flexible and tailored real estate solutions.
- Represent the organisation at industry events to strengthen its presence in the life sciences and technology sectors.
What Our Client Are Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years in property management, ideally within commercial facilities.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM, RPA, LEED) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong financial, organisational, and communication abilities, with proven success in leading and mentoring teams.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of building operations, risk management, and client improvement projects.
