We are seeking a skilled and qualified Maintenance Services Engineer to join an established in-house team for a prestigious facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled, electrically qualified engineer to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and sustainability of engineering services in our clients buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on a variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by Siemens BMS.

• Ensure the cost-effective, smooth running, and environmentally sustainable design and maintenance of building engineering services.

• Maintain and troubleshoot heating, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, fire protection, and more.

• Undertake risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with building users and third-party service providers to ensure optimal performance of all systems.

• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out procedure to handle emergencies.

Requirements:

• Recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

• C&G 2365 in Electrical Installations Level 3 or BTEC/NVQ in Building Services.

• C&G 2382 IEE regulations 18th Edition.

• C&G 2391 Test and Inspection (desirable).

• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards, legislation, and safety procedures for H.V. switching.

• HAVAC systems and L8 Control of Legionellosis knowledge.

• Working at height (PASMA) certification, and scaffold or MEWP training.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
