The Role:

As a Junior Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated properties, ensuring seamless service delivery, statutory compliance, and strong contractor relationships. You’ll also provide support to senior FM professionals while developing your own portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FM operations across designated sites.
• Ensure statutory compliance is maintained above 95%.
• Manage contractor services and ensure SLAs are met.
• Handle Helpdesk queries, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing service charge budgets and cost tracking.
• Support sustainability initiatives within FM operations.

What Our Client is Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Facilities Management role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of property & health & safety management systems (e.g., QUBE, PRISM).
• Experience working with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and cost control.
• Strong grasp of health & safety protocols, including RAMS and permits to work.
• Keen interest in sustainability and willingness to pursue IOSH / IWFM qualifications.
