Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their Commercial Services division within Estates and Facilities Management.

The Role

In this senior-level position, you will be tasked with driving significant commercial opportunities across the vast estate. You will work closely with the Estates and Facilities Management teams to:

• Identify and develop new revenue-generating opportunities within the diverse portfolio of buildings and facilities.

• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimising the commercial potential of the estate.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of commercial services.

• Manage complex projects to deliver measurable outcomes that align with their overall financial and operational objectives.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering results at a senior level within a large, complex organisation. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in commercial services, particularly within estates and facilities management.

• A strategic mindset, with the ability to drive high-impact initiatives and deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.

• The ability to work within the public or higher education sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
