We are seeking a talented and motivated Property Information & Asset Manager to join a highly skilled team responsible for maintaining the integrity and condition of significant heritage properties within a renowned estate. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient management of property and asset information, impacting the strategic planning and maintenance of the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Oversee the management of property and asset information across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Condition Surveys: Lead the strategic approach to capturing property and asset information, coordinating periodic condition surveys and managing survey data input.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and advice on property maintenance and strategic planning.

• Lifecycle Planning: Contribute to the creation of lifecycle plans, addressing maintenance backlogs, and supporting the development of the Annual Works Programme and Ten-Year Plan.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualifications: Degree in surveying, engineering, architecture, or facilities management with professional body membership (RICS or equivalent).

• Experience: Extensive experience in the property industry, particularly with condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes, preferably within historic estates.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, digital asset management platforms, and Microsoft Office.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fostering effective working relationships across various levels.

• Self-Motivated: A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills, able to manage a diverse workload.
