Our client is a global leader in facilities and corporate real estate management services. They collaborate with some of the world's most prestigious companies, driving operational excellence and delivering long-term value. They are currently seeking to recruit several experienced Global FM Directors to lead and expand key accounts across several of their core sectors across a Variety of Locations in the EMEA region.

The Role:

In this Director role you will be the cornerstone of our clients relationship with a major global client, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Your role will be to align the client's goals with our clients extensive service offerings, ensuring excellence in operational delivery while driving revenue growth. You will lead a team of high-calibre professionals, providing strategic direction and oversight to enhance the client relationship and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute an Account Business Plan to drive profitable growth, while fostering a senior-level customer relationship.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to the client’s executive management team, managing enterprise-wide relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our integrated services.

• Service Integration & Delivery: Lead the account team, ensuring seamless service delivery across all regions, managing escalations, and adapting to client business changes.

• Financial Accountability: Oversee the financial performance of the account, ensuring that all services are delivered within scope and budget, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Visionary Leadership: Proven track record as a strategic leader with significant experience managing large, multi-regional accounts.

• Client-Focused: Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to influence business outcomes and navigate complex client environments.

• Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of contract management, commercial models, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a matrix organisation.

• Cultural Competence: Experience operating in culturally diverse environments and managing complex customer relationships across FM, RE, and PM sectors.
