We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Services Manager to join a leading estates management team, where you'll play a key role in overseeing estates management and health & safety for a highly successful and oversubscribed school.

This role offers the chance to contribute to operational excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day management while fostering collaboration across the entire school community. Whether your background is in facilities management, property, or a related field, we’re looking for someone who brings passion, leadership, and a strong focus on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation and management of the school’s facilities and estates.

• Develop and implement systems and procedures to maintain the highest operational standards.

• Promote collaborative working relationships across all teams to support professional development.

• Provide strategic oversight for premises and facilities management throughout the school.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A management qualification.

• Proven experience in driving operational improvements and achieving results.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams to perform at their best.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently presenting both written and verbal information to a range of stakeholders.
