Join Our Client as a Facilities Project Manager (18 Month Contract)

We are searching for an experienced and visionary Facilities Project Manager to lead our clients transformative project. This is your opportunity to manage a landmark initiative in the heart of London, ensuring the building’s legacy while aligning it with cutting-edge sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with our clients departments, tenants, and external partners to minimise disruption and keep the project on track.

• Governance & Reporting: Manage project governance processes, including board meetings and Trustee reports, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.

• Sustainability Focus: Collaborate with consultants and sustainability experts to implement energy-efficient solutions that significantly reduce the building’s carbon footprint.

• Budget & Financial Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring compliance with GLA funding requirements and accurate financial reporting.

Who We're Looking For:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex construction or retrofit projects, particularly in heritage or listed buildings.

• Sustainability Champion: Strong understanding of sustainability principles in building retrofits, with a passion for integrating these into a historic setting.

• Stakeholder Management Pro: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Hands-On Facilities Manager: Practical experience in facilities management, with the ability to support day-to-day operations and tackle smaller projects.
