They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to ensure their workspaces run smoothly and are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage facilities-related tickets, ensuring all requests are responded to and resolved within set SLAs.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with membership teams, contractors, and landlords.
• Ensure workspaces are maintained to the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, and service.
• Support the Facilities Manager in managing contractors, health & safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and implement changes where necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of documents for the tender process.
• Be adaptable and flexible to meet the evolving needs of the business.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, think on your feet, and solve problems quickly.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulations.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for going the extra mile.
