Are you a proactive Facilities Coordinator looking for your next challenge? We have an excellent opportunity available in London for a dynamic individual to join our client's team on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractor Supervision: Assist in supervising all contractors (Hard & Soft Services), ensuring efficient maintenance operations.

• Operational Readiness: Maintain the building's operational readiness, acting as the eyes and ears of the FM team.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe, compliant environment for staff and clients by diligently following processes and escalating gaps for resolution.

• AV Support: Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and events.

• Event Support: Assist in setting up internal events and occasional evening events.

• Keyholding Management: Manage onsite lockers and keyholding responsibilities.

• Health & Safety Checks: Conduct daily and weekly building H&S checks, with a strong focus on maintaining safety standards.

• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining building inventory, ensuring all items are up to date.

• Office Refurbishments: Support office refurbishments as required.

• Support for Edinburgh Office: Provide facilities support for our Edinburgh office when necessary.

• Backup Support: Provide backup support to the FM team, including reception and security duties during holidays and absences.

• Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

• Reception Cover: Provide ongoing reception cover as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities coordination or similar role.

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Proven ability to manage contractors and maintain building operations.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot AV equipment is desirable.

• Flexibility to support evening events and occasional travel to Edinburgh.
