Our Client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a high-profile facilities contract. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to manage technical teams, maintain compliance, and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage contract delivery, ensuring all service commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Plan and allocate technical resources efficiently across the site.
  • Maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and ensure a high standard of reactive maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage statutory obligations.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including budget management and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead on recruitment, training, and performance management for the maintenance team.
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar Contract Manager role, managing facilities services within a client-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and maintenance strategies.
  • Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH).
  • Strong budget management and financial awareness.
  • Experience using Building Management Systems (BMS) and FM software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
