
Our Client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a high-profile facilities contract. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to manage technical teams, maintain compliance, and drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contract delivery, ensuring all service commitments are met and exceeded.
- Plan and allocate technical resources efficiently across the site.
- Maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and ensure a high standard of reactive maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage statutory obligations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budget management and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead on recruitment, training, and performance management for the maintenance team.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Experience in a similar Contract Manager role, managing facilities services within a client-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and maintenance strategies.
- Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH).
- Strong budget management and financial awareness.
- Experience using Building Management Systems (BMS) and FM software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
