Are you a health and safety professional ready to lead compliance efforts across a diverse property portfolio? We are seeking an experienced Property Compliance Manager to join a dynamic Facilities Management team, working on projects across multiple sites.

The Role:

As the Property Compliance Manager, you will be the health and safety compliance expert, reporting to the Head of Facilities Management. You will oversee all health and safety-related activities, managing internal processes and ensuring compliance within the UK portfolio. Your work will drive a strategy that supports key organisational objectives, including financial prudence, digital transformation, enabling people, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety management system.

• Ensure that compliance is maintained through both internal processes and third-party service providers.

• Conduct audits and reviews of safe systems of work across multiple sites.

• Manage UK-wide compliance risks, providing assurance through direct interventions and audits.

• Collaborate with the Corporate Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Team for a unified approach to compliance.

• Educate and raise awareness of health and safety best practices within the organisation.

What You’ll Need:

• NEBOSH Level 3 National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

• At least five years of experience managing health and safety compliance in a corporate, multi-site environment.

• Strong experience managing compliance through third-party supply chains.

• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and management systems.

• Excellent communication, report writing, and customer service skills.

• High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

• NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma.

• Graduate membership of IOSH.

• Experience managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified systems.

• Skills in training delivery and project planning.
