The Role:

As the Commercial Property & Energy Manager, you will be a key player in the Workspace team, overseeing all operational aspects of the diverse portfolio of properties, including office spaces, broadcast studios, and warehouses. You will manage everything from lease and contract management to property health and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Develop strategic plans, manage budgets, oversee property health, negotiate leases, and handle financial reporting.
  • Energy Management: Implement strategies to reduce energy consumption, promote renewable resources, and manage utilities services.
  • Sustainability: Drive the green strategy, influence stakeholders, and ensure compliance with energy legislation.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in property and utilities management, including industry guidelines and legislation.
  • Expertise in office fit-outs, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • A proactive approach with innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the sector.
