In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a high-profile building, working closely with occupiers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience. From managing hard and soft services to overseeing sustainability initiatives and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, your leadership will be instrumental in setting and maintaining best-in-class standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading all aspects of building operations, including the mobilisation of new assets

• Managing service partners and supplier contracts across hard and soft services

• Maintaining strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction

• Overseeing compliance with all statutory and company health and safety policies

• Budgeting, service charge preparation, and life cycle cost planning

• Supporting sustainability and energy efficiency efforts in line with company objectives

• Managing incident procedures, emergency planning, and ensuring business continuity

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar building or facilities management role

• Strong commercial and operational knowledge, including service charge management

• Experience with M&E systems and building infrastructure

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• IOSH qualification and robust understanding of health & safety legislation

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence and innovation
