About the Role
As an Assistant Building Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities and building services. Working closely with senior management, occupiers, and service providers, you will ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day building operations, ensuring high service standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for occupiers, responding to queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support health, safety, and compliance initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Contribute to financial and budget management, supporting cost-effective operations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and sustainability initiatives.
About You
Our Client is looking for an individual with:
- Previous experience in facilities management, property operations, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations (IOSH qualification desirable).
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
