The Role:
As the Account Manager, you’ll take charge of the delivery of both hard and soft services to a range of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading a motivated on-site team, and driving the commercial success of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Delivery: Lead the operations team to provide 5-star M&E and Total Facilities Management (TFM) services, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standard.
• Health & Safety: Oversee and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, creating a safe and sustainable working environment for all employees and clients.
• Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective account management and supporting their goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify service gaps and implement innovative solutions to drive organic growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery and value for money.
• Budget & Financial Management: Take full responsibility for the financial health of the contracts, including budgeting, cost management, and driving commercial outcomes.
• Employee Engagement: Create a positive working environment and champion employee engagement initiatives that inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
• Governance & Compliance: Promote adherence to governance standards, statutory compliance, and company policies to ensure smooth operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance metrics, ensuring high standards of service and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Contract Development: Work closely with the client to develop and enhance the contract structure, ensuring seamless collaboration and superior service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with the following attributes:
• Client-Centric: Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver service excellence, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Facilities Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing M&E and soft services, ideally within the building services sector.
• Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams and motivating them to reach high-performance standards.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, driving profitability, and identifying growth opportunities within existing contracts.
• Innovative & Proactive: Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, driving service improvement and innovation.
• Negotiation Skills: Highly developed negotiation skills to manage commercial relationships and secure the best outcomes for both client and company.
• Technical & Strategic: Strong technical knowledge in facilities management, with the ability to implement and execute service strategies effectively.
