Our client, a respected leader in Facilities Management, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Director to join their team. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring operational teams across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership Excellence: Inspire and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence aligned with our clients values.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a key ambassador for our client, nurturing strong client relationships and driving client advocacy through exceptional service delivery.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient management of all sites and facilities, including overseeing service partners and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage FM budgets rigorously, demonstrating value through strategic financial decisions and operational efficiencies.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to business and FM planning at a senior level, guiding corporate strategy and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Qualifications: Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Management; Membership of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM); NEBOSH H&S Certificate or equivalent; Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven track record at a strategic level in FM, with strong project management skills and senior management experience.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, change management, team leadership, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.
• Personal Qualities: Demonstrates clear leadership, promotes a culture of professionalism and high standards, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
