The Role
As Account Director, you will lead and inspire teams across multiple sites, ensuring seamless facilities management services. You will play a crucial role in shaping strategy, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to deliver outstanding FM services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and service performance to drive efficiency and value.
• Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
About You:
• Proven experience in a senior FM leadership role.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and improvement.
• NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and FM service contracts.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
