We have been involved with this new central London destination following the recent appointment of an Operations Manager. This impressive new development, located in Shoreditch, was developed by Brookfield and designed by Foster & Partners. A truly multi-use development, Principal Place includes 20,000 sq ft of restaurants; shops; a boutique gym; a half-acre public piazza; a 50 storey residential building and most notably a 15 storey office building with nearly an acre of roof terraces – home to Amazon’s new UK HQ.
We were delighted to be involved with this iconic London venue during a recent recruitment campaign to appoint a Head of Facilities for Alexandra Palace (or Ally Pally as it’s lovingly known). This Grade II listed entertainment and sports venue first opened in 1873, has survived two fires, hosted the first ever television broadcast and has seen millions of people experience extraordinary events for over the last 140 years!
Watergate House at 13-15 York buildings is home to the Business Growth Fund and holds a special place in our heart as it was the venue of our most recent networking event. The glorious Edwardian building has played a significant role in British history. Most famously, in the 1940’s it was GCHQ’s first home before moving to Bletchley Park – enabling the great code breakers of the Second World War, Alan Touring and his team, to serve their country.
Maxwell Stephens had the pleasure of seeing this epic 181-metre-tall skyscraper up close when recruiting a Technical Services Manager for the development. Based in Central London, just 60 seconds from Liverpool Street station, this 37-floor structure is home to a variety of tenants including Freshfields and Royal Bank of Canada.
We had the opportunity to visit this stunning business development during the recent recruitment campaign for Formula One. Located a stone’s throw from Piccadilly Circus, St James’s Market is one of the West End’s most exciting new business addresses, bringing together global companies, world-class dining and flagship shopping.
