We can’t quite believe another year has gone by and we’re well into the festive period of 2022! It’s safe to say the last few years have been turbulent for everyone, however 2022 has proven to be one of the best years yet at Maxwell Stephens. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our candidates and clients for helping to make 2022 a success and we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Here just a few of what’s happened this year…

Salary Survey

We started the year off with the latest instalment of our renowned Facilities Management Salary Survey. We surveyed over 1000 FM professionals to gain valuable insight into the FM sector, including the demographic makeup of the industry, levels of remuneration, working life, responsibilities, and career attitudes and motivations.

As with previous salary surveys, the report was very well received and has been downloaded hundreds of times, helping both employers and candidates make more informed decisions, whether they’re looking for the next step in their career, or looking to recruit.

If you haven’t yet done so, you can download a free copy of the report HERE. We hope you find the report useful, and as always we welcome all comments and suggestions for ways in which we can further develop our salary survey in the future.

New Team Members

During 2022 we have also seen several new staff join the Maxwell Stephens team – we’d like to thank Amelia Dodsworth, Nathan Wilson and Jess Rayner for joining the team and contributing to our successful 2022! We’ also like to congratulate Annabel Jones and Claudia Titton as 2022 marked their first year work anniversaries.
