We recently fulfilled the critical role of Facilities Manager for Whirlpool, a global leader in home appliances with a prominent facility in Peterborough. The role was pivotal in overseeing the seamless operation of utilities, maintenance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across multiple sites.
The Challenge

We conducted a targeted search for candidates with proven experience in facilities management, comprehensive knowledge of building services, and qualifications such as NEBOSH and BIFM. Emphasis was placed on candidates capable of managing complex workloads, fostering strong relationships, and making informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
