The Role
The Services Assistant would be responsible for supporting the Head of Services and the wider services department. The role was dynamic, requiring a range of administrative and operational tasks, from managing enquiries and handling invoices to organising events and ensuring the company's supplies were maintained. It also involved producing security passes, updating key resources, and assisting with various ad hoc duties, requiring excellent multitasking and communication skills.
