1. Operational Efficiency and Savings:
Implemented new workplace guidelines and facilities processes, resulting in operational savings exceeding $200,000.
Introduced a regional travel provider and policy, saving £95,000 annually for the London office.
2. Real Estate Negotiations:
Successfully negotiated two new leases in Germany and Switzerland, achieving savings over $800,000.
Sourced and negotiated the lease for new London offices, securing a 15-month rent-free period and a significant landlord fit-out contribution.
