We successfully recruited the Senior Operational Manager for Brookfield Multiplex Services Europe (BMSE) at Peterborough City Hospital. The hospital includes a 600-bed acute facility, a mental health unit, and a city center care unit, all part of a 30-year design, build, and operate PFI contract.

Responsibilities & Achievements

Leadership and Management:

• Led the operational management team to achieve business, contract, and customer objectives.

• Ensured service delivery and environmental conditions met SLAs and KPIs, maintaining compliance.

• Optimised the in-house workforce for 24/7 engineering capabilities and cost-effective subcontractor services.

• Designed and implemented a new PPM system, transitioning from paper to IT-based solutions.

• Established auditing processes and improved communication between management and engineering teams.

Training and Development:

• Completed extensive HV AP training and ensured compliance with gas/combustion system regulations.

• Developed procedures for emergency lighting maintenance and electrical system inspections.
