Role Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain close working relationships with occupier representatives.
• Budget Management: Oversee the annual building service charge budget and management accounts.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and act as the Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden.
• Operations Compliance: Ensure adherence to Broadgate Estates' procedures.
• Performance Reporting: Manage reporting processes, including KPIs and Key Service Commitments (KSC).
• Permit Approvals: Oversee property management permits and license applications.
• Impact Management: Minimize the impact of fit-outs on occupiers.
• Staff Development: Ensure all staff training, development, and welfare requirements are met.
• Service Procurement: Proactively procure building and contracted services, ensuring standards are upheld.
• Fabric Management: Employ principles for long-term asset replacement.
• Vision Integration: Integrate Broadgate Estates' vision and values into building services.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional duties to ensure service excellence.
