The Challenge
Newham College required a Head of Estates & Facilities Management to oversee the management and strategic development of their diverse property portfolio. This role was pivotal in supporting the College’s Strategic Plan, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing the quality of facilities services across all sites. The position involved leading a multi-site team through a period of significant change, including a major capital redevelopment program.
