Informa, a global leader in events and conferences, sought a dedicated Health, Safety & Security Manager for its Europe operations. The role demanded a seasoned professional to ensure top-notch health, safety, and security standards across all events, adhering to both local and international regulations and internal policies. The appointed manager would also act as the Group's travel health, safety, and security advisor.
The Challenge
Informa required an expert with:
• Extensive health and safety experience in Europe.
• Relevant EHS qualifications (NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level) and IOSH Graduate Membership.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and risk-based management systems.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations, communicate effectively at all levels, and travel extensively.
• Experience in the exhibitions and events industry and managing travel health and safety.
