Exchange Square, one of Birmingham's largest regeneration projects, required a Building and Estate Manager to ensure its ongoing success. Maxwell Stephens, a leading facilities management recruitment company, was tasked with finding a candidate who could uphold the highest standards of estate management, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and oversee various projects critical to the development's success.
